The Maffra cheese box is another stand out in the collection. The Wensleydale is lovely. The Cheddar is rich and crumbly. The Red Leicester is milder but very tasty. And the Wensleydale with cranberries is the absolute star of this collection. We were all skeptical about it but the flavours marry beautifully. Definitely another hit.

Some years ago I fell in love with Munster cheese on a family holiday in Alsace. We weren't very cheese-knowledgeable and put it in the car boot. It was a hot day. after half an hour or so, someone said "what's that smell?" We ate liquid Munster cheese on black rye bread. It was the best thing I had ever tasted. These cheeses come seriously close. There is a good range in the pack from smootha nd creamy to one that tastes more old-socky. They all make your gums tingle. Truly delicious cheese!
