Byron Bay Olive Co. is a team of proud creators of gourmet Mediterranean flavours! Their recipes originate from Provence, in the South of France where their founder, Antoine, grew up. His family had a market stall in Sanary-sur-Mer and when Antoine moved to Byron Bay, he brought with him his traditional Provençal knowledge. 

Byron Bay Olive Co. is based in the Byron Arts and Industrial Estate, and since 2015, has been producing a beautiful range of marinated olives, anti-pasti, tapenades, plus a unique and scrumptious sweet garlic. 

All the delicacies are made with fresh, quality ingredients, including their organic range of olives and extra virgin olive oil, which are grown and produced locally in New South Wales. 

In addition, Byron Bay Olive Co. taps into the wisdom, knowledge and quality of southern Europe with their Sicilian olives coming from Sicily, and their Kalamatas coming from Greece. 

Being part of the Northern Rivers "French Connection", Byron Bay Olive Co. works with local friends who produce quality saucissons, mustards, and other incredible gourmet fares. 

Their vision is for their product range to become a healthy part of our customers' diet, and to be discussed around BBQs and social gatherings across Australia.
