Sam, her husband Adam and their three mischievous boys founded a strawberry farm in 2016 where they developed a farm gate shop and café. As time evolved for this family owned business, it became evident to Sam and Adam that the granola they produced and sold on the side is where their passion lies. In 2021, they rebranded to Fodden and their new journey began.
Sam originally made the granola as a more nutritious breakfast alternative for her own boys instead of the conventional cereals on offer that didn’t keep their fuel tanks full for very long. She then gave some to friends as gifts on special occasions to which they loved it, and it all snowballed from there.
Everything in their range is handmade and packaged personally by Sam to ensure the best product has the privilege of being on your breakfast table.
