Nestled in a picturesque valley in North East Victoria’s Upper Murray region, 'Koorinook' is the name of our family-owned and operated property, we've been farming here for more than 75 years.
At 'Koorinook' we run our Fleckvieh breeding stud and boast a proud and rich heritage among the local pastoral community.
Our authentic Koorinook Biltong is made using only the most natural ingredients, including lean grass-fed beef from Aussie farmers. With minimal processing, this mouth-watering snack is bursting with flavour and is a rich source of protein and vitamins.
