Luke Croston is one of the founders of The Garlic Company and a Chef with over 25 years’ experience. He has worked all over the world from Michelin Star Restaurants in France and Private Yachts in the Mediterranean to setting up and running Two Hatted restaurants here in Melbourne.
“We just wanted Australian garlic and Australian-made black garlic, but it was difficult to find, so we started to grow garlic and produce black garlic ourselves. We found a space on the Mornington Peninsula and started planting. There has been a lot of trial and error as we have learned to grow garlic and it has not always been easy, but it is unbelievably satisfying planting, tending, and harvesting your own garlic.”
The Garlic Company thrives on growing and producing the highest quality Australian garlic and black garlic products. We love creating original products that are fun and easy to use, but most of all, tasty.
