A really lovely gift that I sent to my son and his partner in another state. They sent a photo every day of each gift in the advent box. Very nice treats indeed and it helped them get into the spirit of Christmas although quite separated from family and friends. They really enjoyed each item. I would purchase this again. Love that it features small local artisan producers. I would love to be able to send this overseas as well. Also, I would love to purchase one to send to myself so I can enjoy it too :)
Gave this to my parents for Christmas. They LOVED it and couldn’t stop raving about it. Money well spent. Thank you
After a tough year, well 2 really, for so many, I saw this and decided why not? Each morning I would open a box and just enjoy. I shared a couple of treats with others but well done on sourcing amazing products.
Bought this for my son. He has loved every surprise so far!
Started and finished opening them all today as being an adult seems to be too busy for taking the time out to open a single one every day for the twelve days leading up to Christmas.
Really a very beautiful selection of Australian made sweets and cheeses (and Vanuatu thanks to Gaston Chocolat choc coated coffee beans). Love the packaging, easy to seperate the cheese into the fridge and thankful the cheese best before dates lasts until after Christmas so they can be enjoyed for lunch on Boxing Day. arty's Artisan Sweets Scottish Tablet really is traditional with only sugar, milk, and butter listed in the ingredients (yay no preservatives or artificial colours or flavours). The mulled wine spice kit from Mull'd looks small but brews a whole litre when you follow the easy instructions on the back. Chocolate Country I rarely visit though only ten minutes from my house, as it always feels too luxurious to stop at just one; Christmas Pudding Truffles provide me a safe two chocolate ration (milk & dark). The rest speak for themselves, Pudding Lane, Kokopod, Oliver Lane, and My Dilly Bags' Lemon Myrtle shortbread, I just can't wait to try. They are perfect portions for a luxurious indulgence in the days leading up to Christmas.
The cheeses are all full size, what I received is slightly different to what is listed above, but honestly I'm happier as the replacement sent is my favourite Jersey milk crafted cheese. I look especially forward to trying the unusual Goat Camembert by Milawa, an intriguingly tantalising promise of flavour awaits for Boxing Day.
I can't wait to try all these treats (and I suppose share some with my family). Will definitely enjoy again next year. Merry Christmas!
Attached is an image of the sweet treats that don't require refrigeration, unlike the accompanying cheeses.
