Grown widely in the south of France, Viognier ranges in flavour from pear, orange and peach to grapefruit, rose and honeysuckle.
Our 2021 Viognier has notes of citrus, nectarine and apricot.
Hand picked in the first week of January 2021, from our estate vineyard is Moffatdale, Queensland.
Fermentation took place in 80% stainless steel vessel and 20% second use French oak barriques. Minimal fining and filtration prior to bottling before winter.
Lower alcohol, full flavour.
Perfectly pairs with Moreton Bay bugs, Whiting Risotto, or a more adventurous sticky glazed pork belly.
