Much like a spectacular sunset or glowing embers, this black tea blend is a fragrant mix of sweet & spicy with rich warm tones.
The Story Of Afterglow
The following ingredients were chosen for these reasons when composing your tea experience -
organic rosehip shell: the 'fruit' of the rose which gives a lovely red colour and a slight tang
organic black tea: chosen to balance the sweetness and spice in this blend. Contains caffeine.
organic apple bits: naturally sweetening with a slight crispness
organic hibiscus: deep red colour when infused alone and a rich sweetness
orange segments: provide a zingy, slightly tart contrast
organic clove buds: on their own cloves can be quite bitter but combined with the other ingredients provide a beautiful nose and an anchor to the sweet fruits
organic pimento berry: also known as Allspice because of it's resemblance to a combination of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg. This adds a high note of aromatic spices to this tea blend
purple cornflowers: have a sweet barely there taste which while not predominant in the taste of the tea add an appealing visual element to the loose leaf blend
The name for this came from wanting a word to convey the warm comfort of sitting beside a fire, or watching a blazing sunset colour the sky. Afterglow seemed the perfect choice.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Buying on Artisans Bend means you are buying direct from our producers. Our producers are required to ship your order within 48hours with a reliable carrier. If our producer requires chilled shipping, we work with them to ensure your order turns up in great condition.
How much is shipping?
There is a flat rate shipping charge for each producer you buy from. Whether you buy one or ten products from a producer, it will be just one charge. If you buy from two producers, you will be charged shipping for each producer as they are shipping to you direct from them. If you order contains an item that needs to be shipped chilled, shipping will be $14.95. Otherwise, all other orders will be just $9.95.
Can I track my order?
Your order will have all the tracking info needed to ensure a successful delivery. We are constantly upgrading our capabilities to ensure you are happy and have any concerns about where your order is. For items being delivered in a refrigerated vehicle, we offer a higher level of tracking including same day notifications and estimated delivery times to ensure you know when your goodies are coming.
