Made like an English sloe gin using Big River’s Cinn Gin as the base, which is then steeped with plump, ripe figs for several months. This liqueur captures the aroma of fresh figs, has delicate spice notes derived from the Cinn Gin, and a luscious finish.
Almost a dozen figs are used to make each bottle!
Try it neat over ice with a cheese & fig platter.
Crafted with minimal intervention. Traces of fig remain.
