Thai Chilli & Galangal kimchi is made our way! We mix organic red cabbage, daikon, tamarind, Thai chilli, pickled garlic, galangal and sea salt. The end result is a mildly spiced kimchi with a fresh crunchy texture, the tamarind blends nicely with the fiery galangal and salty back notes. This kimchi is very satisfying on the palate.
