Swapping in a traditional cocktail salt with native finger lime rimming salt adds a unique Australian dimension to your cocktails and mocktails.
Australian finger limes are a native citrus with a sour, zesty lime flavour. Perfect for adding a citrus-salty kick to a Margarita, Salty Dog or Virgin Margarita.
Ingredients: Tasmanian Sea Salt flakes and Australian finger lime (Citrus australasica) powder. Comes in a glass jar with a bamboo push-lid (definitely a keeper).
To use: pour some bush fruit salt onto a small plate. Moisten the glass rim with a citrus wedge. Dip the glass rim into the salt (or roll the edge for a one-sided rim). Will rim approximately 55 drinks.
