Our Kangaroo & Red Wine and Mild chilli Salami maintains an extremely bold, robust flavour. It isn't easily diminished and will easily outshine most other accompaniments. The red wine really does bring out the deep roo flavour, best held on the palette so as to develop and allow an experience of the entire flavour journey.
