Made with traditionally fermented kimchi, we blitz it up and then ferment it in barrels for another 12 months. It's a labour of love that results in something that's almost hard to describe. The sauce goes with anything, add a bit of brown sugar and slather over pork ribs, dip your chips in it, mix it with a whole egg mayo and you got yourself a banging seafood sauce. Pour it over some fried eggs for a fiery lift.
