Mak Kimchi - Hand cut bite size pieces of Wombok cabbage ready to be the hero in any dish. Our Mak Kimchi had a deep, salty, tangy fermented flavour with a hint of sweetness to balance. This one is not shy and will be the life of any party.

Mak kimchi is made with fish sauce and is fermented traditionally at between 1-4c for a minimum of 1 month. The kimchi is taken past the bulk ferment stage resulting in a higher level of Lacto-bacillus, as well as a bold fermented flavour. Our kimchi is made on the South Coast of NSW and we value locally grown produce to make our kimchi. Australian made traditional tasting Korean Kimchi. Naturally fermented with no inoculation.
