It is a perfect dressing on its own or mixed with our Wattleseed Balsamic.
Wonderful drizzled on meats before roasting or over roasted vegetables. Great over avocado toast or drizzled over a bowl of soup. It has enough flavour and personality to be enjoyed on its own with a nice piece of sourdough. Definitely more of a “finishing” oil than a cooking oil."
