The humble quince is transformed into a delicious, healthy and totally organic fruit leather. We grow the quinces biodynamically on our orchard. In Autumn after picking the quinces, we bake the whole quinces in our old wood-fired oven. This creates a delicious golden/red baked quince which is irresistibly tasty. Pureeing the baked quince and spreading onto drying trays and dried produces the 100% quince leather. Once you try quince leather you'll have a new favourite snack and cheeseboard accompaniment.
