Our Secret Weapon Soy is inspired by the combined soy sauces popular in Sichuan Province, fortified with rich spices and aromatics, blended with rice wine, lightly sweetened with unrefined sugars, and infused for hours at very low heat.
We use it in everything for a deep savoury aromatic kick. It shines in stir frys, and over noodles, use it in a salad dressing or dipping sauce, or to give a stew or soup an undefinable boost of flavour, umami, and complexity.
