This blend is made from our black, white sea salt flakes and Himalayan pink sea salt, they are used to flavour various recipes both savoury or sweet. Australian Sea salt and Himalayan salt is obtained using a more complex process than table salt, that includes evaporating the water. Due to this process sea salt contains trace minerals and nutrients which table salt does not have.
