A plant-based, gluten free, versatile cheese sauce mix that is super easy to make and comes out perfect in minutes. Use for mac and cheese, pie filling or lasagne for a delicious cheesy flavour. Add extra herbs and spices and play with consistency.
All you need is the mix, plant-based milk and neutral oil (such as vegetable or rice bran oil, not olive or avocado). Whisk over moderate heat until thick.
One 2.16kg packet makes approx. 18 litres of sauce.
