Cultured Butter is butter that has been made with the addition of good bacteria – Lactococcuslactis subsp.lactis.
The cheese culture ferments the cream to create a flavoursome version of the humble butter pat. Our Butter kits include a 100mg vial of our single origin saffron to impart a unique flavour to your gourmet butter.
