Our Hot & Herby dried herbs has developed from my family meals.
For as long I can remember, a Chilli and Salt dish sat on our family kitchen table. As time went on and many shared meals, the Chilli mix had additional flavours added for different meats, and vegetables, as that we have today.
Chili peppers are associated with several health benefits. They may promote weight loss when combined with other healthy lifestyle strategies and may help relieve pain caused by acid reflux.
The chilli is rich in vitamin C, A and E beta-carotene, folic acid and potassium, so our dried herbs come with many health benefits. More specifically, they aid with digestion and help to relieve migraines and muscle, joint and nerve pain.
Rub liberally on Pork, Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Fish before BBQ / pan fry / baking or sprinkle on after cooking for individual heat control.
Ingredients: Hot red crushed chilli peppers 50%, Cayenne pepper 15%, Parsley 10%, Garlic 5%, Sage 5%, Marjoram 5%, Oregano 5%, Thyme 5% (In Barjarg Vic, we grow Marjoram & Oregano for the home made flavour).
Store in a cool, dry place.
