We've put together a Roast Pack make ordering and preparing your meal extra easy! It includes:
1 x Mixed Black Olives
1 x Red Rock Olives Dukkah
1 x Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil (250ml)
1 x Roast Salt
1 x Caramelised Fig Balsamic Vinegar (100ml)
Appetizer: Pan-warmed olives, with a spring of rosemary. Leave on the pan until they sizzle slightly, then remove. Serve with warm bread and Red Rock Olives dukkah.
Main: Roast chicken, with Red Rock Roast Salt. Rub the salt into the chicken and cover in our Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil and place in the oven. Serve with roasted vegetables, including Brussel Sprouts sprinkled with Red Rock Dukkah.
Dessert: For something simple, cut up strawberries and drizzle with our Caramelised Fig Balsamic Vinegar. Or, if you're feeling extra indulgent, drizzle the fig balsamic over a pavlova!
