This homemade chutney is made with biodynamic heirloom tomatoes, giving that burst of real tomato deliciousness along with sweet biodynamic apples and sultanas. Tomatoes and apples are all grown on our farm and handpicked when fully ripe and sweet. The old wood-fired stove is fired up to cook the chutney on the stovetop for several hours. All ingredients are added from scratch such as fresh herbs from the garden and many different spices, and after numerous taste tests, the ingredients meld to create an authentic tasty chutney. We have customers who will eat the chutney straight from the jar, add to take any sandwich up to the next level, spread on toast with cheese, or use as a dipping sauce.
