This homemade relish is made with biodynamic zucchinis and the array of spices and mustards added make for a relish bursting with real flavours. The 4 varieties of open-pollinated zucchinis are all grown on our farm and handpicked. The old wood-fired stove is fired up to cook the relish on the stovetop for several hours. All ingredients are added from scratch such as fresh herbs from the garden and many different spices, and after numerous taste tests, the ingredients meld to create an authentic tasty relish. We (and our customers) will eat the relish straight from the jar, add to take any sandwich up to the next level, spread on toast with cheese, or use as a dipping sauce.
